Multimedia and installation artist Sara Ewalt returns to coach and inspire as we create our own Winter Yarn Wallhangings. Learn to form classic knots, create a composition on a form, and build your own stunning wall hanging with the eyes of an expert. While knotting we'll imbibe in a custom cocktail from the E. Smith bar! Hang your piece of art in your own home or gift to loved ones this holiday season. Sara Ewalt midwest roots and a northwest desire for adventure. With a background in Art & Design, Sara is happiest if she is creating with her hands. Currently she works with a local jewelry designer, creates custom art installations for retail & corporate spaces & always has some other project going at home. When she's not making a mess on her dining room table, you can find her adventuring in the woods, enjoying a happy hour with friends and tracking down good times. Tuition includes basic supplies, expert demonstration, cocktail and a snack.
