Junko Yamamoto has long employed printmaking techniques in her paintings and soft sculptures. At Gallery 4Culture, she synthesizes these approaches to create an atmospheric installation of over 400 custom-printed cotton sculptures, meticulously hand-stuffed and sewn. Each element within this multidimensional assemblage assumes a deliberate position, converging like threads in a tapestry. Augmenting the visual tableau is an ambient audio composition by musician Simiz, imbuing the space with an ethereal aura.
