Cooking with Christian: My Italian Family Dinner Tuesday, September 24th Nordo's Sous Chef, Christian Rosso, introduces students to a favorite dinner in his Italian family, and this one holds a special place in his heart. For his birthday each year, this is the loving meal that his mamma Ava would prepare to celebrate: Antipasta, Homemade Manicotti, and Tiramisu Trifle. The evening will round out with a delicious sit down family Italian meal plated by Christian Rosso. Wine will be available for an additional purchase during the event. The Knife Room at Nordo is a historic underground venue that is only accessible by a staircase. We are working on options to make it more accessible, (this is costly and difficult in a 125 year old building,) and in the meantime apologize to those who cannot attend Knife Room events.
