Here at 84 yesler, Chef Christina Siegl has created a tasting menu inspired by legendary chef Joël Robuchon, showcasing his favorite ingredient: caviar! Chef is working in collaboration with “Caviar Man”, Mark Shumovic to bring you this 7-course tasting. Mark is 3rd-generation of a seafairing family. His godfather owns the Sturgeon farm in the Netherlands- the source of the prize Gold Osetra caviar you will be enjoying. Mark is a direct importer of many types of caviar, and it is his mission to bring the highest grade, sustainably raised caviar to all people. This event will take place on may 12th at 6pm. The 7-course tasting menu is priced at $275/person. Our beverage team has a creative pairing selection available at $100/person. Our a la carte menu is not available this day.
