Please join us for the opening reception of Luxe Light, a collection of work by local photographer Judith Rayl, on Thursday, March 7, 2019 during Pioneer Square's First Thursday Art Walk. Luxe Light:
Embracing the Tender Beauty at the Intersection of Nature and the Human-Made, presents an exploration of balance and vulnerability. Judith seeks luminous intersections revealing the harmony achievable between the natural and the human-made. Truth and beauty coexist in raw unaltered photographic images. She offers moments of healing, authenticity, and presence for the viewer. Judith's semi-abstract photography explores the beauty found at the intersection of nature and the human-made. Harmony, presence, and perception are her themes.
She is inspired by the reconciliation of the natural with the manmade, the immediacy of texture and movement, and the play of light and shadow.
