In today's fast paced world, we are more likely to recharge our phones than to recharge ourselves.
Join us at Beast Mode Seattle for an evening of community yoga, music and live poetry featuring yoga instructor April Coutino and Seattle's own freestyle poet, Anthony Hickerson. Blending movement with mindfulness, April and Anthony will guide you through a physical and mental practice aimed at achieving your possible, relieving deep rooted stress and restoring a life of health, happiness and balance.
$15 Donation Funds raised will be donated to the Fam 1st Family Foundation, an empowerment and education focused non profit organization whose mission is to help build self-esteem and academic learning skills for youth.
