CID Sergeants Sueño and Boscom are assigned to a low-level case. A bar girl has been accused of stealing money from a US Major. It’s a penny-ante case – until the girl is assaulted and the Major is found hacked to death. The Army goes on high alert and Sueño and Boscom learn the Major had been investigating the Army counter-intelligence division.
