Join us for 4 courses prepared by the author (primarily from the book), and served family style as we jump into peak produce season in the Northwest. A celebration of the extraordinary produce, legumes, and grains of this country's left-hand corner. From artichokes to wild rice, blackberries to orca beans, PNW Veg serves up 100 plant-forward ways to eat with the seasons, wherever you live.
