Winter Bones - Claudia Smith
Join us for the opening reception! Local photographer, Claudia Smith, gathers fish bones from beaches and owl pellets she finds in canyons and woods. Placing the bones on a simple piece of slate and focusing on geometric patterns, light and repetition, she transforms them into visual tapestries, giving them a second life.
See her most current work from April 5 - 30 at Peter Miller Books in Post Alley, and visit with the artist herself during the opening reception.
