The Rare and Outstanding Wines of Minimus -- Saturday, October 12th The Knife Room's Wine Tasting Experience with Tom Hajduk * 7:30pm Doors, 8pm Tasting Class Begins

One of our longest wine relationships here at Nordo and the Knife Room has been with Minimus Wines and Craft Wine Company, the adventurous, mission-driven wine collective in Carlton, Oregon. We worked with Minimus to make the Onerus Red Blend, as well as the Jitterbug Perfume wine. Their approach to winemaking is not just a process, but “a concept, a drink tank, a place to voice our convictions and to ask the questions that need to be asked.” Rather than just make Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, Minimus focuses on wines that employ rare grape varietals, such as Kerner, Muller-Thurgau, and Mondeuse, among others. Production amounts are very small, and usually these wines disappear before most people even get to taste them. For this incredible tasting experience, we will try five different Minimus Wines, each distinct in its own way.
