Some sweets for your sweetie! Just in time to load up for your Valentine's sweethearts, this pairing workshop explores the history, practice and tastes of the world of sweet wines. From ports to sauternes we'll sip them all, expertly paired with a range of chocolates from around the globe. Wines by the bottle or case and chocolate bars will be available for sale to recreate the experience at home or to gift to your favorite loved ones! If you'd like to join us at the Back Bar before class for additional drinks and bites, please make sure you arrive at least 1 hour before the workshop begins and check in with the host upon arrival.
