Our favorite seasonal class offering... wine & cheese!! In preparation for patio drinking season join friend of E. Smith Mercantile, and sommelier, Sarah Timbrook-Nugent as we learn about the making of rose wines! Tasting from different regions around the globe and compare production and grape varieties. Enjoy cheese pairings from each location and experience how the wines move within your pallette. A rare opportunity to taste up to 6 wines together! Wines will be available by the bottle or case to recreate the experience your picnics, BBQs or children's birthday parties all season long!
