Cooking with Christian! Tuesday, June 25 - 7:00pm Nordo’s charming and talented Sous Chef Christian Rosso begins his monthly cooking classes on June 25. In an exploration of Nordo’s favorite fish, Christian will teach you how to prepare a King Salmon in three ways, including the beautiful beet-cured salmon rosettes served in Jitterbug Perfume. Nordo’s board member, wine steward, and host of our Second Saturday wine tastings Tom Hajduk will be on hand to pour specifically-paired tastes of wine, and the evening will round out with a delicious meal plated by Christian. $85 per person with only 12 spots available!
