Grill or Just Chill: Wines for Late Sunsets At the start of June, the sun sets after 9pm. Let’s taste a set of wines to be paired with the stunning colors and mood created by the Northwest Twilight. Crisp whites and rosés for enjoying on the beach or a deck, or perhaps a powerful red for a grilled entrees. We will equip you for summer’s long nights. Tom Hajduk's unique blend of storytelling, history, facts, and humor takes the conventional idea of wine tasting to a completely different level every second Saturday of the month in The Knife Room.
