For this unparalleled tasting experience, we will try a flight of 5 beautifully aromatic and performative wines and cider—sips that “jump out of the glass” with vibrancy and taste. Your host, Tom Hajduk, Café Nordo’s wine steward and the leader of the Wine Underground, will take over the Nordo cellar space every second Saturday of the month. Tom’s unique blend of storytelling, history, facts, and humor takes the conventional idea of wine tasting to a completely different level.
