A reception will be held for Darlene Lucas, currently exhibiting at Lynn Hanson Gallery - A space filled with experiences. Darlene Lucas is a lyrical-romantic painter whose abstract paintings focus on the science and romance of stars and their organic connection to the earth. An artist and teacher for over 40 years, she has been featured in many galleries in the Seattle area and been presented with multiple awards for her colorful images. Mixing basic components (sand, salt and watercolor) with modern elements (acrylics, inks and mediums) results in images that delight the visual senses.
