We've built our business around our love of great, light-roasted coffee. Year round we bring you the best in-season beans from around the world and roast them right here in Pioneer Square.

OWNER & FOUNDER

Brendan Mullally
A Seattle native, Brendan moved to New York City to study philosophy in graduate school.  While there he worked for over seven years in coffee, eventually managing the well-regarded Joe Pro Shop.  He then moved back to Seattle, to fulfill his dream of opening a modern coffee roaster and café in his hometown.

Drew Fitchette
Prior to working as a roaster for Stumptown Coffee in Seattle, Drew worked at Onyx, a coffee importer in Bellingham, WA. There he focused on creating and sustaining direct trade relationships with Guatemalan coffee farmers.
