Trail to Treasure Summer Tours

Trail to Treasure

In pursuit of land and property… employment… vice… fame and fortune…

The Trail to Treasure promised it all.

Join us for a free guided walking tour of Seattle’s treasured heritage – from its geological origins and Native American culture, to the Klondike Gold Rush and beyond.

The Trail to Treasure is a historical interpretive walking tour and is a program of the Alliance for Pioneer Square and the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park. These guided tours are free and open to the public. Tours meet at Occidental Park on Fridays at 3 pm. The remaining tour dates for the summer are as follows:

August 17, 24, 31

September 7, 14, 21, 28

Wear sturdy walking shoes and be prepared to learn about the people who made Pioneer Square and Seattle what it is! Don’t forget to register online (drop-ins are welcome, but in case it rains the tour guides can contact you if the tour gets cancelled).
