A unique opportnity to taste a variety of sherries from the Alvear house, the world's oldest sherry bodega operating since 1729. Learn the history and process of this delicious, old-world wine followed a by hands-on lesson in classic cocktails using the spirit. Enjoy a tasting and cocktail, expertly paired with traditional Spanish style tapas. Wines will be available by the bottle or case to recreate your mini journey to Spain at home with your buddies! If you'd like to join us in the bar for a pre-funk cocktail and a snack, please plan to arrive at least one hour before class begins.
