Join us for our monthly Friday Dinner Series for a saucy evening of collaboration with Seth & Zachary Pacleb of Brothers & Co along with Captive Spirits. We are curing, pickling and all around having fun with this ancient and necessary style of sharing food. This will be a veritable plethora of small plates that will run the gamut of styles and flavors with the linking "theme" of the dinner being the culinary traditions of pickling and curing from across the globe.
We are excited to be working with the very talented Pacleb Brothers for this dinner and hope you join as we explore one of the oldest culinary "styles" that is linked to every culture in the world. $70 pp incl tax & tip
