Our favorite Portland leather goods designer, Lori Caldwell of Minnie + George returns for a weekend of workshops! Come join L.A. Caldwell, as she provides guided and hands-on instruction on how to make your own leather wallet using traditional leather-working techniques.
In this 2 hr class, you'll learn: How to cut and prep leather to sew. How to use the basic tools needed to practice traditional leather-working. How to saddle-stitch. How to apply protective finishes. All needed supplies and leather are provided for the class. This is a great class for total beginners as well as intermediate level students looking to hone their leather craft skills. Makes a great holiday gift!
