CHEF DINNER SERIES E. Smith Mercantile welcomes chefs from around the globe for a very special one night culinary experience. The Merc is cleared and we set a large family style table to make way for multiple courses of chef magic. We're rolling out the brown paper table cloth, turning up our sleeves and bumping up the Springstein. For our third annual in-house chef dinner we're thrilled to bring our ESM fans a good ol' crab boil! Indulge in all the great Pacific Northwest has to offer in its peak season. Fresh caught and expertly paired with fresh, local and organic treasures. Pre-Order your tickets now, seats are limited. Table seats are for general admission to our family style table and include an amuse cocktail and our full course offering (gratuity and additional beverages are not included). An optional cocktail pairing menu as well as a la carte selections will be offered the night of the event.
